Foundation Growth Slow and Steady Despite Economy |
|
The Foundation completed its recent fiscal year June 30, 2009. Economic issues gave us plenty of need with less funding to address those needs, but the ICCSD Foundation was able to provide support for a wide range of programs and projects for the area public schools. Gifts and pledges totaled $369,000 during the past fiscal year. These include donations and pledges to specific district programs and also to the Foundation’s Excellence Fund. Grants, program support and scholarships to the district totaled $411,788 between July 1, 2008 and June 30, 2009. |
