Active Campaigns & Projects in the ICCSD

West High Landscaping
An ongoing campaign to update and maintain landscaping on the West High campus

City High Landscaping
A campaign to add landscaping in the main entry area as well as the auditorium entrance

Family Concert Series
An annual campaign to raise funds to allow concerts to be offered at a price designed to assure that no student or family in the ICCSD is precluded from attending

Lincoln Elementary "Roaring into the Future"
A campaign to add air conditioning to the cafeteria/gymnasium, purchase a mobile computer lab, and to enhance the existing playground equipment

Coralville Central Playground
Coralville Central PTO began in October 2005 to study and plan for renovations to the existing playground.  Loss of several pieces of play equipment during the recent building addition triggered a process which hopes to have final design during April 2007 and installation during the summer of 2007.  The campaign goal is $60,000 of which half is already raised as of March 31, 2007.

A campaign to update playground equipment

Roosevelt Playground
A three phase campaign to raise funds to purchase additional play equipment

Mann Playground
A campaign to update playground equipment.

Hills Playground
A campaign to update playground equipment.

Twain Playground
A campaign to update playground equipment.

DPO Educational Scholarship
An annual campaign organized by the District Parents Organization to raise funds for scholarships to be given to high school seniors planning a career in education. With a suggested donation of $50 you may honor a teacher or administrator.

Wickham Playground
A campaign to improve playground areas and equipment.

West High Baseball Project
A campaign to update the West High baseball field to include a new scoreboard, fencing, bathrooms, storage areas.

Academic Mentoring Program
A campaign to support student/mentor matches as they engage in relationship building activities to encourage continued success in school.

Next Generation Student Art Show
A campaign to support an annual juried art show for area high school students at Chait Galleries Downtown in Iowa City.
