Grow Our Own

The Foundation for the ICCSD and GreenState Credit Union partner to support the ICCSD's Grow Our Own Program. Grow Our Own assists District support staff who have a desire to move in to a teaching position. Participants in the program will be provided tuition support through a cost-sharing program and a guaranteed teaching position within the District following their graduation.
